Another old-school game developer has come out of the woodwork and created a Kickstarter crowdfunding project. The makers of Leisure Suit Larry, an iconic game from the 80′s, want to create an updated version of their game. It will be the original game, but with updated graphics, music, and a modern user interface. It is also being handled directly by them; they purchased the license from the original publishing company and therefore don’t need to deal with anyone else. The game will be playable on tablets and mobile devices. The minimum pledge is $15, which will get you a DRM free version of the game. Then there are more exclusive rewards if you are willing to shell out even extra cash.
